Special Occasion chauffeur services are offered as pre-arranged, event-based transportation, designed to support the full flow of a personal celebration with precision, discretion, and consistency.

This service is tailored to occasions where timing, coordination, and presentation matter — such as weddings, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, or private gatherings — ensuring seamless movement between locations and uninterrupted availability throughout the event.

Transportation is planned as a single, fixed-price event-based service, covering multiple local movements and including waiting time, so clients can focus entirely on the occasion without managing logistics during the event.

Waiting Time Policy

  • Pick-up includes a courtesy waiting period of up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time

    • Additional pick-up waiting time is billable, charged in 15-minute increments

    • Maximum pick-upwaiting time is 30 minutes beyond the courtesy period, fully billable

    • Delays exceeding 60 minutes may be treated as a no-show, per Terms & Conditions

  • Event packages include up to 2 hours of waiting time at no additional charge

    • Waiting time beyond the included 2 hours is billed as an add-on

  • Any extended waiting must be confirmed in advance whenever possible

Service Area

Primary service coverage includes the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding regions in North Carolina and South Carolina, including South Charlotte, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Ballantyne, and nearby communities.

Important Notes

  • All scheduled times are based on U.S. Eastern Time (ET – New York)

  • Standard service hours are 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM (ET)

  • Services are subject to availability and confirmation

  • Event timelines and locations must be finalized in advance

  • Additional services or changes may affect final pricing

  • Special Occasion services are event-based packages and are not interchangeable with hourly or point-to-point services. Any plan change will be considered as an add-on

  • Vehicle decoration and chauffeur attire customization must be requested in advance and are subject to approval based on safety, professionalism, and operational feasibility.

How the Service Works

Special Occasion services are structured as a single-event package, rather than individual trips.

The standard service flow typically includes:

  • Chauffeur dispatch from Black Suit’s service base in Indian Land, SC

  • Pick-up at the initial event location

  • Multiple local movements related to the event venues

  • On-site waiting during the event (up to 2 hours included)

  • Return transportation to the original pick-up location

Special Occasion services are offered as fixed-price, event-based package, designed to cover the full scope of transportation required for a single occasion, leaving you focused on what is more important.

  • Zone B – Ballantyne / Pineville / Steele Creek ⇄ From $500

  • Zone D – Uptown Charlotte ⇄ From $600

  • Zone E – Huntersville / Lake Norman / Uptown Lancaster ⇄ From $700

Common Add-Ons

  • Additional pick-up/on-site waiting time — $35 per 15-minute increment *

  • Early-morning or late-night service (outside of standard service hours) — $50

  • Return to a different location than the original pick-up: From $75 *

  • Additional event-related stop not included in the original itinerary — $65 per stop increment, subject to availability. *

  • Tolls and parking — billed at cost when applicable *

  • Vehicle Decoration — Non-permanent vehicle decoration provided by the client, subject to prior approval.

  • Chauffeur Attire Customization — Non-standard chauffeur attire provided by the client, subject to prior approval.
