Waiting Time Policy
Scheduled pick-ups include a courtesy waiting period of up to 15 minutes from the confirmed pick-up time
Additional waiting time is billable and charged in 15-minute increments
Maximum waiting time is 45 minutes beyond the courtesy period, fully billable
Delays exceeding 60 minutes without prior notice may be treated as a no-show, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions

How the Service Works
Corporate Chauffeur services are provided as pre-arranged, point-to-point or multi-stop transportation, based on the client’s business schedule.
The standard service flow includes:
Chauffeur dispatch from Black Suit Car Service base in Indian Land, SC
Pick-up at the confirmed location
Transportation to one or more scheduled business destinations
Drop-off at the final confirmed location
Any itinerary changes must be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Pricing Approach
