1. Introduction

Welcome to Black Suit Car Service. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of our private chauffeur services. By submitting a service request, accessing our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Black Suit Car Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Black Suit Car Service, a private chauffeur service operating in the United States.

  • “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity requesting or using our services.

  • “Service” or “Services” refers to private chauffeur transportation and related services provided by Black Suit Car Service.

  • “Request” refers to a service inquiry submitted through our website, email, or other communication channels.

3. Requests, Availability, and Confirmation

  • All services are provided by request only and are subject to availability.

  • Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • Services are confirmed only after availability, service details, and pricing have been reviewed and accepted by both parties.

  • Any calendar displayed on our website is provided for reference only and does not guarantee availability.

4. Service-Specific Terms Precedence

Service-specific descriptions, pricing, service hours, waiting time policies, cancellation rules, and operational conditions published on individual service pages form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency, the service-specific terms applicable to the booked service shall prevail over general provisions, provided they do not conflict with mandatory legal requirements or the fundamental provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

All services are offered as pre-arranged, fixed-rate private chauffeur services, based on the confirmed pick-up and drop-off locations, timing, and service requirements.

Rates displayed on the website are reference rates only and apply per direction (one-way). Round-trip services are quoted separately.

Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking based on exact addresses, service timing, passenger requirements, and selected add-ons.

Payment Terms:

  • A deposit of up to 50% of the total service price may be required upon confirmation.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods and timing will be specified during confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included courtesy period, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, excessive cleaning, vehicle damage, or special service requests not originally specified at the time of booking.

5.1 Waiting Time Policy

Each service includes a courtesy waiting period, depending on service type:

  • Airport arrivals include up to 30 minutes of courtesy waiting time after the actual aircraft arrival time, provided flight details are supplied in advance.

  • Non-airport pickups include up to 10 minutes of courtesy waiting time.

Additional waiting time beyond the courtesy period is billed post-arrival, in 15-minute increments, at the rate confirmed at the time of booking.

For airport pickups, the maximum waiting time is limited to 60 minutes after the end of the courtesy period, regardless of flight delays or passenger circumstances.

If the client does not appear within this maximum waiting window and no alternative arrangements are confirmed, the service may be considered a no-show, as outlined below.

5.2 Early-Morning and Late-Night Services

Standard service hours are 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM (local time).

Services scheduled outside standard service hours are subject to a pre-scheduled premium, reflecting staffing, operational readiness, and availability requirements.

The applicable premium will be disclosed and confirmed at the time of booking.

5.3 Add-Ons and Additional Charges

Optional services and additional charges may include:

  • Meet & Greet inside terminal (curbside drop-off is included): fee applies as confirmed.

  • Additional waiting time beyond the courtesy period is billed post-arrival in 15-minute increments.

  • Early-morning or late-night service premium, when applicable.

  • Tolls and parking fees are billed at actual cost when incurred.

All add-ons must be confirmed in advance when possible and are subject to availability.

6. Changes, Delays, and Cancellations, and No-Shows

6.1 Client-Requested Changes

  • Any changes to a confirmed service (including pick-up time, location, passenger count, or stops) must be requested as early as possible.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

6.2 Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or official communication channel).

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a partial or full refund, at the Company’s discretion.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable, as the vehicle and chauffeur are reserved exclusively for the client.

  • All cancellation decisions are final once communicated.

6.3 Delays and Waiting Time

  • For airport pick-ups, a limited courtesy waiting period is included, as defined in the applicable service description.

  • Any waiting time beyond the included courtesy period is billable and charged in 15-minute increments, as outlined in the Pricing section.

  • The maximum waiting time for airport arrivals is one (1) hour beyond the included courtesy period, and this additional waiting time is fully billable.

  • Waiting beyond this maximum period without prior communication will be treated as a no-show.

6.4 No-Show Policy

A No-Show is defined as:

  • Failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location,

  • Failure to make contact within the maximum waiting window,

  • Or arrival delays exceeding 30 minutes beyond the included courtesy period without prior communication.

In the event of a no-show, 100% of the confirmed service rate will be charged, including any applicable waiting time and pre-approved add-ons:

  • The service is considered completed,

  • No refunds will be issued, and

  • The full service amount remains payable.

6.5 Force Majeure & Operational Delays

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control do not constitute a breach of service.

  • Black Suit Car Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate unforeseen delays, but cannot guarantee adjustments beyond the defined waiting limits.

6.6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Black Suit Car Service shall not be held liable for delays, service interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion or road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Accidents involving third parties

  • Mechanical issues despite proper vehicle maintenance (including tire damage)

  • Airport operations, security procedures, or flight delays

  • Acts of God, governmental actions, or emergencies

While every reasonable effort will be made to perform the service safely and professionally, timely arrival for flights, events, or appointments is not guaranteed.

7. Client Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Clients and passengers are expected to behave in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner at all times.

  • Black Suit Car Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if client or passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or compromises the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or others.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Food and beverages must remain sealed during the ride.

  • Clients are financially responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or repair costs resulting from their actions or those of their passengers during the service.

  • Any client-requested vehicle decoration or chauffeur attire customization is provided at the client’s risk. The client is financially responsible for any cleaning, damage, or repair resulting from such requests.

8. Chauffeur Standards

  • Our chauffeurs are trained professionals committed to punctuality, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • While every effort is made to meet requested schedules, Black Suit Car Service is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Black Suit Car Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the provision of services, including but not limited to delays, missed flights, missed appointments, lost opportunities, or inconvenience, regardless of the cause.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Suit Car Service’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific service shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for that service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9.2 Assumption of Risk

Clients acknowledge and accept that ground transportation services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road conditions, weather events, accidents involving third parties, mechanical issues, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Black Suit Car Service.

By using the services, the client voluntarily assumes all normal risks associated with private ground transportation and agrees that Black Suit Car Service shall not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from such inherent risks, provided the service is performed with reasonable care and professionalism.

9.3 Force Majeure & Events Beyond Control

Black Suit Car Service shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, modification, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Traffic accidents or road closures

  • Mechanical failure despite proper maintenance

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or emergencies

  • Government actions, airport operations, or security procedures

  • Labor strikes, civil disturbances, or public emergencies

In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to complete the service when possible; however, no guarantee of timing or outcome is implied under force majeure conditions.

9.4 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Black Suit Car Service be responsible for personal property loss or damage unless caused directly by the company’s proven negligence. Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Claims for damages must be reported within a reasonable time following service completion. Failure to report promptly may result in the denial of the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Black Suit Car Service be liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for the affected service.

9.5 No Guarantee of Timing

All pickup and drop-off times are estimated and not guaranteed. While Black Suit Car Service makes every reasonable effort to provide timely service, exact arrival or completion times cannot be guaranteed due to variables outside the company’s control.

Clients are encouraged to schedule services with sufficient buffer time to accommodate unforeseen delays, particularly for airport departures and time-sensitive engagements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

Black Suit Car Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
