Our Airport Transfer services provide pre-arranged, private transportation between Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and surrounding regions.
All services are dispatched from Black Suit Car Service’s operational base in Indian Land, South Carolina, ensuring consistency, reliability, and predictable service standards.
This service is designed for clients who value predictability and professionalism, whether traveling for business or personal reasons. Every transfer is carefully planned to eliminate uncertainty, delays, and unnecessary stress.

Waiting Time Policy
Airport arrivals include a courtesy waiting period of up to 30 minutes after actual aircraft arrival
Additional waiting time is billable, charged in 15-minute increments
Maximum waiting time is 30 minutes beyond the courtesy period, fully billable
Delays exceeding 60 minutes may be treated as a no-show, per Terms & Conditions
Service Area
Primary service coverage includes the Charlotte metropolitan area and surrounding regions in North Carolina and South Carolina, including South Charlotte and nearby communities.

Standard service hours are 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM (ET)

How the Service Works
Airport Arrivals
For arrivals, clients are encouraged to provide the flight number, airline, and scheduled arrival time.
Pick-up options include:
Curbside pick-up (standard)
Meet & Greet inside the terminal (available upon request)
Flight delays are monitored in real time to ensure proper timing.
Airport Departures
For departures, pick-up is scheduled at the provided address with sufficient time to account for traffic and airport procedures. The client must provide the time for pick-up.
Pricing Approach
Airport Transfer services reference rates are priced based on dispatch from Black Suit’s operational base, in Indian Land/SC, combined with the city's zone.
Reference rates reflect a private service, including:
A private, pre-arranged service with a professional chauffeur and a premium Black SUV vehicle
Pick-up or drop-off at the CLT curbside airport drop-off area
Rates shown apply per direction (one-way). Round-trips are quoted separately
Rates exclude applicable taxes and government fees
All pricing is zone-based, not mileage-based, providing clarity and predictable rates.
Final pricing is confirmed based on exact addresses, timing, passenger requirements, service details, and applicable add-ons.
